What data we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email, phone and role (these two are optional) and your message. Also whatever you send us if you write directly by email.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote or manage a commission. We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not pass it on to third parties for that purpose.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form (article 6.1.a GDPR) and, if there is a professional relationship, taking pre-contractual or contractual steps (article 6.1.b).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if there is a commission, for the duration of the professional relationship and any period required by law. After that it is deleted.

Who else processes it

The form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers the message by email, and the email is handled with Gmail (Google). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards set out in the GDPR. The website is hosted by [hosting provider].

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to joanllapis@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores in your browser, for the length of your visit, whether you have already seen the intro animation: this does not identify you and is deleted when you close the tab. Vimeo videos load with the do-not-track option; when you play them, Vimeo applies its own policies.
